Ben is a career real estate advisory professional with a passion for advising on investment transactions, global projects and data-driven solutions. Ben's experience includes advising logistics investors, developers and occupiers in successful investment strategies. Before founding ExpertAi Advisory, Ben's most recent role was Head of Capital markets for JLL in Cz.

Ben has lived and worked in London, Paris, Buenos Aires, Prague and Singapore for JLL in various real estate investment advisory roles. Ben speaks four languages including English, Spanish, French and Italian having studied at Durham University.

Ben has a diploma in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School. In 2024, Ben completed the Private Equity Programme at Oxford's Said Business School.

Sue is an experienced Non Executive Director and Chair with over 40 years of experience in real estate professional advisory. She is a former Executive Director of CBRE, where she was Head of National Investment and Managing Director of Capital Markets UK. She is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Sue was the first European to sit on the CBRE Group Inc Board, the main board of CBRE, and sat on the CBRE UK Executive and Strategy Boards. She set up and chaired CBRE’s UK Women’s Network and is a co-founder of Real Estate Balance.

Alexander West

Alexander covers ExpertAi's financial services and commercial transactions arm. Alexander worked in Investment Banking at Rothschild & Co before moving to Real Estate as Investment Director at Morro & Scape, a UK-based student housing investor and developer. Alexander has a degree in Biomedical Sciences from the Unviersity of Oxford and a Masters from Imperial College London in Applied Biosciences and Biotechnology.

Manfredo Koelliker

Manfredo leads Expert Ai’s international business advisory provision. Manfredo is based in Milan and after working in investment banking, now works for Pirelli Tyre S.p.A. Manfredo has in-depth experience in corporate budget planning, global marketing strategies and finance and demand planning.

Manfredo has achieved a degree in Corporate Finance from Bocconi SPA, having graduated from Brown University, majoring in Business Management. Manfredo has family office experience in international automobile distribution and private equity. Manfredo is fully fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.

Sam Sloman

Sam works in New York and is a career investment professional. Sam speaks Chinese Mandarin fluently having achieved a First (Distinction) from Cambridge University in Chinese Studies.

Sam also has a MPA from Columbia University in Energy and Finance. Sam has vast experience in Sustainable Finance and Impact investing from working for Investec, Morgan Stanley and Apterra Infrastructure Capital, an Apollo Global Management company.
